Hi! I just accepted a Relationship Banker II role in Allen, TX. My offer letter was 50k base and 1k guaranteed commission a month first year. I just graduated w a degree in Business Administration. Basically the info I got on how commission works was pretty vague. Anyway I wanted to see what someone I’m their 1st or 2nd year can realistically expect to on average make in commission a year in this role. Also what do bonuses in the role look like? I’m hoping to just hear some ballpark numbers! JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase

PwC What’s the better offer? I’m currently an associate at Mercer in Seattle making 115k with a 10% target, but considering an offer in NYC at PWC as senior associate at 140k with a 15%ish target. Also been at current company for only 9 months. Is it worth it to make that transition so early?

Wouldn't imagine for a Staff level position that GPA matters. Maybe EY tiers titles different, but Staff level typically merits 7-10 yes of experience in my field.
At ey staff is campus hire/entry level
Can’t answer how GPA is looked at but the best way to offset it would be having a contact or referral from someone internal who can vouch for you. I know this is easier said then done- but I think your best bet for bypassing any auto rejection.
It will likely matter given that you’re pretty much a new grad. Might not be a deal breaker though, it’s one of many factors
What is the best way to offset this? Should I reach out to a campus recruiter prior to applying or after?
