My friend made the move from EY to Pwc and said many of our friends made the move and couldn’t stop talking about how awesome technology was at pwc, aLso the levels of professionalism and hOw fair the firm was compensation point of view « all true facts »… They all agreed lol, she stated it was so easy. Then she decided to come back to EY, and just told EY that she thought the grass was greener on the other side. They don’t care much, trust me, they know why. They need and want you more than you do. Gosh I cannot type today…
Don't let them salary shame you. Keep it real!
That would be ideal, but feel like it can have a negative impact. Also, the primary reason is that I don’t feel valued. If I felt valued, don’t think I would make the switch for a bump. Happy employees are loyal.
Tell them you don’t feel valued. But question- what does that mean to you? What would you want the next place to do differently?
