Booz - 130k base (6% 401k match so roughly 8k)
Accenture Federal - 123k base and 20k sign on bonus (no 401k match in first year)

AFS role has some hybrid work (at least 1 day/wk to start) while Booz likely is FT office. Based on company culture, L&D programs, and tech work, which is the better role?

I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.
