I’m considering taking 6-12 months off after 2 years at deloitte post-undergrad. I’ve performed very well, but I am being ground to a nub. I haven’t taken a real break in a long time, I am incredibly stressed out, and I think I just need some time/space before making my next career move. A two-week PTO won’t cut it. Anyone who’s done the same have advice? How was your time away?

Can anyone recommend opening for ETL/DWH Test Lead profile, with good experience in Hadoop to Azure(ADB,Synapse) data migration testing?

So I’m in industry from big 4, and a colleague with same yoe comes from MBB. High paying tech firm. I think I work harder and produce quality content at speed, but they can hold executive conversations that tend to impress senior stakeholders.

Big 4 produces work horses and MBB produces leaders. Also they could be a work horse too since I don’t have full visibility.

Anyone have similar experiences or do I just suck at executive stakeholder management?
