How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

Hi folks, how is thoughtworks as an organisation?
Asking because I don't know much about it and have received recruiter's call today. Currently I am working in Deloitte. How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? My research gives me a mixed review: some say it's good, some say that thoughtworks is not stable enough like big 4 or other organisations. Pls help Thoughtworks Deloitte

Not exactly what you’re asking but I was laid off from my industry job I was at for 10+ years last July. Took some voluntary time off then took a couple months before I accepted my current job. I can say the 7 month “sabbatical” allowed me to re-energize and eager to get back in the rat race

Have you considered a Deloitte sabbatical? It would need to be approved. Or you could take a LOA instead of just leaving outright. If you want to leave anyway, I say go for it! It might be scary not to have a safety net or job but as long as you have some savings and a support system it could be a really good break for you.
This is the right advice. Sometimes you want to think of taking long break , but will be bored in a month . Take that LOA for 3 months , then clear your head
Lol you made SC at Deloitte in 2 years after undergrad? You def owe yourself a break!
^ correct
Look into Deloitte’s medical leave/ LOA policies. Take the time you need and if you wanted to, you can come back to your job.
