LSS > SLSS > Consultant (1.5-2 years), whereas post-MBA start as Consultants
AC1 is correct. LSS hires are managed by Consultants (post MBA role) for two years before getting promoted to consultant

Compensation-wise, LSS’s at LEK get paid less than post-PhDers in MBB starting out but get paid more than what you would enter at as a PhD in life science boutique consulting firms (from what I’ve seen). After two years as an LSS/SLSS, I’ve seen people exit as a SM/AD in pharma and biotech
