I am from a service based company with no RSU policy.
When telling a Product based company on my expectations while Interviewing, what should I tell, only about how much hike I need over my CTC or should I tell how much RSUs I need too?

If yes on the RSU part, how to come to a conclusion on what amount of RSUs to ask for(considering most Product based companies have a 3/4 year vesting policy)?

I jumped on a call with a candidate to debrief from his interview results I asked him how felt it went and if he enjoyed the interviews. After he shared with me his feedback I started to highlight the areas where he did poor and where he did great. But in the middle of it he cut me off and said, can we just address the elephant in the room, did I pass it or not?. His approach threw me off but I wanted to share with him but it seems like his disregard everything I had said. Anyone experienced it?

Hi all, looking for advice on… well everything career related 😔 it’s the “great resignation” and people are moving on to better things all around me. I’ve been actively searching and interviewing for at least 6 months, and no offers after final round. I’m struggling to stay motivated to search and fake enthusiasm in interviews, and I’m still increasingly miserable in my new job. I think I need a career coach - any solid recos? Mck case screening today. Feedback was more structure after the first question and more detail (examples, think along value chain). I wanted to share to help others.

It’s the nerves, you know? When presenting at work for pres/vps, it doesn’t hit me like it does for this interview. Maybe test anxiety? My handwriting gets unrecognizable. The wanting it badly might be the reason I don’t get it. Talk about a catch 22.

Hello all! Does anyone have insights into how flexible BCG may be with start dates? I am an incoming consultant, currently living overseas from the office where I'll work as I wait for a work permit. My contract with BCG is signed but they are waiting for me to get the permit before telling me my start date, understandably. When I get the permit, might I request starting that month?

MBB em level role vs. director level tech (non FAANG) exit? Coming from b4, roughly 10 yoe. I know it’s probably a personal preference thing but hoping to get opinions here. Tech role is $190k base plus a 30% target bonus. MBB role i got a verbal offer without a comp figure yet but my understanding is it’s around there, maybe 10-20% higher (or maybe much higher depending on bonus).

Didn’t fully expect to get the MBB offer honestly, but both beat my 180/198 b4 comp. Now i’m torn.
