I’m getting to the final interview stages in most of my job prospects.. but I can’t seem to land one.

usually at least 3 1-1 interviews and then a case study. I get pretty generic feedback.

I’m going for strategy positions so I’m competing mostly with big 3 talent. I’m not big three.

Any advice? I get my case study and presentation reviewed by my mentor (ex BCG and current VC)

How much time Amex normally takes to declare interview result? I had my first roundn of interview last week thursday.

[help] I have an offer that’s quite good, and they gave me until Monday to decide. I have a final round at another firm on Monday (fastest they can do) that I would prefer, both because of the work and the pay. Is it really bad to accept one offer and then potentially cancel it if I get a better offer a day or two later?

I’m in the 2nd and final round for a position with a well know company. However, they haven’t asked me my salary expectations yet and am unsure if I provided expectations on my job application. How should I handle this IF the final interview goes well?

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

Therapy Scheduling Issues - I love my therapist but they are not able to schedule sessions on the weekend or Friday evening and I’ve missed 7/10 last sessions scheduled due to last minute work stuff. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. Am I particularly uptight, or is writing meant to be done alone, without a partner talking to you? With past partners, we chat through script notes and then I go off to execute.
