I feel allllll of this. The key to remote work is to always leave your house once a day. Have a schedule where you go to the gym every morning or right after work. It helps so much to see other humans and be a member of society, even without having to speak to them.

I have the same thing! Interestingly beta blockers have been helping me to manage my anxiety as they block the adrenaline release :)
Try bisoprolol! Its pretty safe and its been helping me quite a bit. Im so sorry you feel all of this

I’m sorry I read this wrong when I woke up lol.
I misinterpreted the second half. You don’t want full wfh either. Umm ya I also said to puke in front of HR as a bit of a peanut gallery and not actual help.. sorry. I also get nauseous when I get nervous, not sure how to stop it but one of these days I totally am going to accidentally puke in front of someone. I just know it lol
