I’m 32. I have $80k saved. $40k currently invested. Then ~$50-60k in 401k. My plan was to save for a house, but prices have skyrocketed. Full transparency: taxes make it very difficult to buy. It’s not the down payment, it’s the taxes.

Sell or keep my old condo? Condo worth around 450k and still 310k balance to pay off. Mortgage is 2200 (adding HOA) and monthly rental is 2300-2400. It's an old condo so maintenance has already ate 50-60k over the course of 3 past years.
