Now i am trying to switch into dev role in java and also getting selected in multiple companies as a java developer bcoz i lied to them that i worked in wipro as a java developer but before interviews i prepared a lot for interviews and now getting selected.
But thing is i am afraid if i wont be able to work in new company in development area as i have never worked on development part.

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?

Like if we say the range is 110-130K, they say they’re looking for 135K, you offer 135K and then they say they won’t take the job for less than 150? Not even with competing offers. If before 31st July I am putting down papers my Notice period woud be of one months right and not 3 months since my probation ends after 31st.

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.
