Received a verbal offer for DE role in Amazon Luxembourg. I'm unaware of pay bands for Luxembourg. Wanted to check if there is any room for improvement.

Bonus : 1st year- 14k€ and 2nd year- 12k€
RSU : 24 units

Tc: 42 LPA
YoE: 4

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
