Hi, do you know of any opening as a production manager making at least 120K? The environment where I'm currently working is getting more toxic than ever and they are expecting me to fill all the openings with the minimum wage. I've been in the same company for the last 7 years, but with all the pandemic still going on, nobody seems to understand that when you are short staffed is impossible to get the same results as when you are fully staffed. Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?
