I’m looking to change careers and enter into communications. Does anyone have any advice or tips on how to make this change from account management.

Ultimately looking for something that’s less stressful and not in the agency world. My last two roles as an SAE and then account management have lowered my confidence and overall happiness. Maybe it was the culture at these companies, but any advice would be helpful.
