I was covered by my husband's benefit!
If you are in NYC most companies over 100 employees have to provide coverage for “up to 3 ivf cycles” which has helped move the needle on companies who provide coverage the last couple of years.
Do you know if this is true if you work for a company based out of New York, or do you have to be a resident of New York?
Progressive has ivf coverage. 3 retreivals is where it maxes at unless all 3 are unsuccessful in securing any eggs, in which case you can appeal for a 4th. Also covers 6 iui
6 iui is in addition. It's actually 6 iui or 6 medicated, but you might as well do them iui at that point. That was what the winfertility specialist advised. Unlimited implantations IF the eggs come from those 3 allowed retreivals. Once you use up those eggs, you're done. There are medication limits, injectibles have to go through freedom and everything else has to go through cvs specialty pharmacy.
Accenture. Up to 20k
A lot of big law firms do

Glassdoor provides up to $5k through Carrot Fertility for egg retrieval, IVF, or adoption services. Not sure what the health plans cover as far as services and meds.

Does anyone know if EY-Parthenon covers anything?
Yes it does. It is a $50K lifetime family benefit. My husband and I are both at EY, and we can’t double-dip on this benefit.
Any know if IBM does?
