How does one go about a resignation mid-leave when you would start the new job before the leave ends? Two weeks notice or just say I am not returning effective the day of the new job? It's day 2 for me at Deloitte (PDM) , just received my laptop yesterday , completed a few of the trainings and created/uploaded my resume. Coach and onboarding advisor have not been assigned yet. When do I get assigned to a project? What does that process look like ? How long does this orientation go on for ? And do I have to transfer all my stocks from robinhood to one of their approved brokerages?

Can you be on more than one project at a time? Like if you have a project that only takes up like 10 hours a week, can you get onto another project to fill the remaining hours? I know your coach is supposed to be your project manager which is why I wonder if it’s maybe not allowed?

I've gotten the Deloitte D launch orientation survey. Me start date is on the 16th (less than 2 weeks). I've emailed BI onboarding twice, called my recruiter asking if they are ok with background/employment verification check and I've not gotten a response. I need to put in my 2 week notice and all my recuiter has said is I can push your start date out. Has anyone been thru this ? Does getting the D launch orientation email imply everything is good with background/employment checks
