Yall, I’m asking for office chair recommendations, ya girl don’t own a chair and I’ve been sitting on the floor for ten weeks

OP, I purchased this last week to sit on my bed cuz I’m lazy. But it’s meant for the floor 😄
Floor Chair Adjustable NNEWVANTE... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B3Q485Y?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
OP: i need a chair
literally everyone: eXeRCisE?

Total absence of a chair was certainly not mentioned in the OP. Fixing your body will yield much greater results than changing chairs.
You should try doing pull ups.
I’ll take a picture this weekend for you, highly recommend. I’m sure there is a way more expensive chair for slightly more comfy
Get a foam roller or a tennis ball lying around. Super easy to use and great for getting out knots.
Get something for lumbar support

Sit ups?
Can’t recommend a chair but would recommended looking into an adjustable height desk so you can alternate between sitting and standing. Definitely take care of your back now and take lots of breaks to stretch it out and watch your posture. I’m in my 30s and have already had so many back issues because I didn’t take precautions in my 20s
Ideally you should get a better chair.. like Ergochair2 for $290 for green color
Or go with MyoChair for 140

So—working out is great. As a very active 24yo, I still will have occasional back pain that stems from a lack of stretching, even with extensive weightlifting, bodyweight circuits and cardio.
Vinyasa yoga poses that aid mobility and limberness of the lower back, hips, glutes & quads keep my back feeling great no matter where or how I sit. Add these in for a lifetime, and the chairs will work themselves out
