I'm only two years out of school, and a client asked me if I was an intern yesterday. I've been trying hard to sound smart by using a lot of fancy business words and mentioning frameworks, but I think it's making me seem robotic. How can I build credibility with clients when they're not taking me seriously and seem surprised that I'm in charge?

What will be the case if client doesn't like my performance.

Will they release me from there project before contract ends or any action in terms of termination from job will be taken by client or Nagarro.

Just wanted to know, has anyone went through this kind of situation???

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?

How much TC would a fresher ( Masters degree in ITM) with around a year of internship experience as Scrum Master get if they try for Scrum master or PM role?
