Im pursuing my PMP, hoping for advice from others who are certified.

I have a handful of 4-5 month long event projects (w/ a budget) & several years of ongoing content projects (no budget, projects like content pieces for monthly/quarterly campaigns). I didnt keep track of dates or proj names, which PMP application asks for bc i didnt know id need them. Also worried these projects wont be approved as “projects.”

What are ur experiences? Did u get approved? Audited? How’d it go? Any advice?

Recently got a contract job at Facebook NY. I’ve mostly only been a FTE for the entirety of my career, so a bit nervous as I want to eventually be offered FT but feeling a lot of pressure to perform for the next 5 months to prove my worth. At some point it will surely get exhausting. Any tips for how to deal with this? Also curious to know what a mid-level PM normally gets paid as a freelancer?

Heading to an M7 soon from a tech company where I work in a product-adjacent position. I didn’t need this degree to “break into” product management (former company would have let me transition), but I still figured it could be good for the long run.
Now when thinking about 100K in loans, I feel anxious about not getting a PM role after. Was this the right move?

I’ve been in inside/outside roles 7+ yrs in Real Estate & have led sales/development on large residential developments for luxury new construction & assist buyers, sellers, investors. Now both my kids are in school FT I don’t need flex hours & prefer not to work weekends. I’d like to be in AE role where I can build a career I’m proud of with more stability. How do real estate lenders take cash flow into consideration? For example, typically I would probably only be approved for a $500k loan ($125k comp and $100k for down payment), but if I’m buying a multi-family home and planning to live in a unit and rent the others, will lenders approve a bigger loan?

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.
