I’m really interested in working for a streaming service. I’ve applied to nearly every one and have gotten interviews for nearly each one except Apple Music. Is it best that I put a portfolio and cover letter in my application? Does it really increase my chances of my application getting seen? I didn’t for all of my other applications and didn’t have any issues getting interviews. I’m applying for marketing and product manager roles, btw.

HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.

Hello Fishes, I interviewed at a company in October and they responded to me after a month. I accepted the verbal offer last week Wednesday. They said they would give written offer in a week. I have recruiters from the same company reach out for positions at different locations. My current recruiter said once I accept this I can't interview for other positions at the same company. I got interviewed at KPMG and got positive feedback. I am offered consultant position and was asked to share my documents with expected salary. It has been 3 days now and no has called me negotiation any further. Is it normal that it may take this much time or is it possible they can close the position internally without giving me an offer letter?

Reorgs are just a part of the corporate world. If you haven’t been a part of one in your career yet, then you most likely haven’t been in the corporate workforce for very long. If you have been a part of a reorg, however, how do you personally approach it? There are many factors at play, but in general do you try to establish relationships with the individuals you know will be key contributors and/or decision makers going forward? Or do you lay low and let what ever happens be/hope for the best?
