I’m the only data scientist at my job and manage one other person. I’ve been doing this for ~1yr and make about 120k, good job security, not good benefits. I’ve been interviewing at jobs that pay 30-50k more with better benefits but have titles such as senior product analyst and senior data analyst. Does it make sense to move jobs career wise? I feel like at my current job I could stay a year or two longer and get promoted to a better title like senior or manager does that make more sense to do
