I'm thinking about moving from New York to London. I have 7 years of experience at ad agencies. I'm looking at jobs like "marketing manager" at a brand or tech company or hybrid operations/growth roles. I'm not sure I could jump to a biz dev director role in an entirely new market, which is why I'm looking at generalist roles where my experience would count. From an initial search, it seems like London salaries are significantly lower than New York. Any recommendations on how to navigate this?

I had 5AA t/f(modified FET) on 11/07, today (11/16)I had blood work, nurse told HCG level is: 168.5, and will be checking again on 11/18, to see if HCG is raising. Is this good value? My agency doesn’t submit for awards, and I’m not saying I’d win if they did. But as much as we say awards don’t matter, it feels like they do at a lot of places I’d like to eventually work.
