I’m torn between staying at my current remote job with a small business that’s losing its biggest contract and struggling to find new clients this year, or moving to a large company that offers an 8.4% pay increase and much better benefits. The new role is hybrid (2 days in the office) and starts at a junior level.

Should I stay with the current uncertainties or switch to the new role with a pay bump and better benefits but less remote flexibility? Any advice?

I.e. going from managing creative projects like TV to managing website builds/UX projects. If so, what was the transition like and what helped you get your bearings in the new environment?
