I'm trying to break into the banking world as a Commercial Credit Analyst or Commercial Lending Assistant or similar.

I've been a Trading Specialist for three years at a large brokerage, BS in Economics, passed CFA level II, completed the ABA Certificate of Commercial and Business Lending. Been networking at Chamber of Commerce young professionals events and the chambers Economic Growth conference.

Not having success, what else do I need to do? How do I break into the industry?

Happy Sunday agile 🐠, been reading up on SAFe, scrum, agile, PMO, OKR, etc.

Lots of interconnections and similarities but also nuanced differences that I can see specific for software development.

Any solid articles or resources taking these concepts and applying to operational excellence other than kaizen?

TIA!

Greetings from Madison, Wisconsin. I'm a reporter with more than 32 years of experience and I feel that, lately, local television news has been kind of dead, but I am pleased to fight for it from my local newspaper. I am a firm believer that this will not change for a long time, local TV will continue to live as long as we stand for it.

I went through two rounds of interviews for

recruiter had told me in the initial call the

should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.
Thanks for any help!

Hi everyone, I'm new to Canada and want to start my career here in the Financial and Banking industry. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.
