What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.

Good for you for sticking up for yourself. It might cause some pain in the short term, but I'm sure you'll be glad you got out instead of wasting more time there. Aside from applying to every job you'd see, I'd probably recommend connecting with a recruiter. I've gotten my last 3 jobs using them.
What a horrible place to work. The industry is known for being on the toxic side, but that sounds incredibly extreme. Networking is the way to go. If there are any events near you, or you know someone with any kind of connection to the industry, take full advantage. Don't rely on only applying to open, listed jobs on job boards. Contact companies directly that you think you might enjoy working for and send your interest and resume directly to the company.
Sounds like you've had a horrible experience, but that wouldn't be indicative of sales in general. I'm sure you can find something much better than your previous job. Your years in social media would have given you some transferrable skills, so maybe focus on that and brainstorm some companies you'd like to work for. It's a tough job market now, but if you do some research and stay persistent, you'll be able to find something.

There are better places than that for sure.
If you are able to survive the first 12 months in a role or 3 years in the industry then you will have the confidence to push back sometimes.
(You can always say that the customer saud this and that)
Besides you can go to better places where the product (tends to) work, and there is a realistic chance to sell.
In those companies an experienced sales is a very high valued asset. You will get decent salary and you will have voice that matters.
So keep up and you can get there, but of course it is far from easy.
