Buy gift cards to supermarkets / gas stations that you use or Amazon.
If you buy the gift cards at supermarkets it shows up as a charge to the supermarket
Most first class tickets are fully refundable. Buy a ticket that is a year out and fully refundable, hit the spend. Cancel the flight in a month. Just make sure it’s refundable.

Or even book a big hotel stay far in the future and opt to pay now. Those cancellations happen all the time.
-Buy refundable airfare or hotel. Or, if you actually want to do a trip, buy it and pay now.
-Buy giftcards at a supermarket for stores you frequent (Grab a few 'real' items so your total isn't in round numbers. CC companies don't like abnormal 'manufactured spend')
-Mother's/Father's days are coming up, maybe buy some gifts early (keep an eye on store return policies)
-Preload accounts - transit cards, starbucks, amazon, United travelbank, uber, lyft, etc.
-Lastly, pay rent/utilities/tuition or make other transactions that may incur a fee
