Hi,
I have joined ACTI a month back in Kolkata in L9. I wanted to opt for Company Car Lease policy just to save TAX but finding it too complicated.
I had raised queries to payrole and they have replied with a suggestion to think twice before opting for this benifit.
What do you all suggest, who have already opted for it?Accenture

I’m no investment expert, but I agree that unless you have an obscene amount of disposable income, it would be tough to ever get a return on most things. AI companies have turned into a dime a dozen and I’m not sure how many will still be around next year let alone a few years from now.
What opportunity? Do you work at a VC fund? Do you have millions to invest as a Angel? Most AI investments are going to need up worthless. Only a handful of well connected funds have the deal flow to get in the on the handful that will be winners.

Wait! So I should stop investing in NFTs?????? What about Beanie Babies?????
I'm a boring, index fund investor, but AI has really captured my imagination. If I was to dive in, my strategy would be to skip the startups. Look at the supply chains for AI: NVIDIA and whoever is big for data centers (Amazon?).
Microsoft has a big stake in OpenAI, so if ChatGPT keeps leading, MS should benefit. Google and Meta are also big players in the space, so you could probably spread across all that and ride the AI wave without it being a total crap shoot.
But back to my actual strategy... AI should bring insane growth for a lot of non-AI companies. They don't have to develop the tech to reap massive benefits from it. Who will do it right and who will miss the boat is hard to predict though, So the tried and true index fund strategy could do just fine.
The thing I would NOT bet on is steady employment as a wage earner. Workers are in for a rocky ride.
AI will continue to take over the tech industry as we know it.
