If you just started as a senior at a regional firm and in your first year, they will hire you as an experienced associate with a promise to promote during the next cycle. Just be aware there is little chance that you will actually come in as a senior
For me, HR> Manager > SM > Partner. I was interviewing for an experienced senior role in audit
1. HR: General questions asking about some accounts / industries I had exposure in
2. Manager: Most detailed, standard behavioral questions
3. SM: He asked me to ask him any questions I had
4. Partner: Why EY+Why audit & asked questions about my hobbies section.
No virtual test but you’ll probably do a pre-record video thing. No assessments.

Why would anyone help you pass any tests/case studies? That’s extremely unethical. Maybe it’s best that you stay at your current firm.
Exactly! Sorry, perhaps not wording expertly, hoping for positive assumption.
If you have a pulse, they will hire you. If you have a friend that would split a referral bonus with you, I’d reach out to them to see if they would refer you
