Interview process these days is like: a technical screening, a 15-hour take-home assignment, a presentation, a case interview, another technical screening (with a mini case), a live coding session, a few behavioral interviews. Oh guess what, just when you were given a clear interview process/flow by the recruiter, some firms just spontaneously add online test or data challenge in the middle of the process. I know what you are wondering - the answer is No, I’m not applying for the God position.

I'm accepting an offer with a new company... Start in early Aug. Senior Manager role, though in this company that equates to Manager at most consulting farms. They did not had hunt me. I came to them for the job.

I have COVID delayed vacations planned for the last week in August and the first week in October.

Should I just cancel one of them? Or should I at least put both on the table and see what they say? They're going to hire me either way, but I wonder if it's a bad start to ask for both.
