I'm not sure. I come from the belief that I'd rather be too dressed up than under dressed. I think what you mentioned sounds good to me!
Hmm I’d say do the blazer…I did when interviewing there and made it through multiple rounds and wore a blazer to all of them (all were virtual). I don’t think you can go wrong showing that you’re taking things seriously. In my opinion, and especially in this crazy job market, it is better to be overdressed than under.
Best to go with the top hat. Can't be afraid to make an impression

Personally, I’d skip the tie.

Yes for sure too formal, especially if virtual. If in-person, I would focus on having pressed pants and nice shoes (no wedge toe Walmart crap) ahead of a tie or coat.

Tie not needed. If it’s virtual, a shirt or polo is good.
Dress for the role you want, not the one you have: If you aspire to be a high powered consultant, project an image of professionalism and competence.

No one I have interacted with in Salesforce proserv routinely wears blazers, except for client onsites where the customary dress code is dressier. Sales people wear blazers all the time, however.
I feel like blazer no tie is the route to go for virtual
