Hi #Urgent
Got the Offer Letter from Citi upon accepting I also received the Background Verification (BGV) mail.
which says I need to provide the relieving letter/experience letter. But the thing is I have not received it (it will take some time). I only have resignation acceptance letter.
Can we still proceed for bgv process and tell Citi that I will provide the relieving letter later on when i get it.
(already passed my LWD: 2nd nov)

Do you know what title range that would be, or years of experience? I’ve been seeing listings by recruiters for sell side VP-level BA roles in the $150k plus 15% bonus range. Those numbers will be higher on the buy side (I know someone at a big-name hedge fund with a total comp near $300k), so if you can, try for those instead
I think I know what this role is. It’s more like $80-$90. Sometimes I wonder if ET can read
I’m in that range right now - what position do you believe it is?
Nah- I’m going to stick up here for ET. BA-II can be a semi-senior role with real comp (difference between function and title). Give away though is the guy in the OP is an analyst.
Having seen this role at a BlackRock / Fidelity size platform, I will tell you likely to be between $90-110 all in if NYC based
Agree with VP1, I think all in is around $100k considering you’re coming from an analyst position
