Interviewed for a senior consultant position at a BIG4, very clear on role title and compensation range since day 1 and talent team was clear on it too. Ended up getting an offer 25k lower plus a lower title (consultant instead of senior consultant). The offer I got now is less than my current annual income. I have not replied to the offer email yet. I currently have a master’s plus 2YOE in strategy, BD, consulting roles and 2YOE in life sciences prior.
How would you deal with this situation?

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles.
