Interviewed with Amazon and was told that the hiring manager thinks I don’t fit 100% for the role but the team thinks I am good Amazon fit. Is this a somewhat good feedback or just how Amazon treats rejected candidate?

Does PWC US division have good data engineering projects, which Includes Cloud services? I have an offer for a spark developer, but I think it's with the on-premise cluster. I would like to have an opportunity to work with cloud services.

PWC offered 23+2JB+2(assuming bonus at 10%) for 5yoe. And I'm getting 27-28 from other service based companies. However I'm confused if I should go higher fixed ctc or brand name, ie PWC. Thoughts?
