I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

Do not join EY unless you have patience on numerous levels. We are not the fastest, most current, or progressive company. Very conservative.
For a Senior position ?
Not sure. First interview I said I'd like try for manager. They didn't ask what I want to be in subsequent interviews.
Any case interviews?
Can take a few weeks sometimes. Ask if there is an immediate need or if it's to build their bench
Yes there was 1 case interview. How does it matter?
Weeks or months. My hiring process was 4 months
Took about 4 months for me too
Interviewed last Tuesday night. Got the verbal offer the next day... I'm sure my case is not normal .. but I also interviewed with KPMG and Accenture. KPMG took 3 days after final interview and Accenture sent me an offer the next day ... I accepted the offer from EY
P1 what level did you interview for? SA,M?
SA
Four weeks and I'm still waiting for the final round schedule.
Just heard from recruiter and she said on site interview feedback was positive and wants me to meet with a local partner as a next step. Not sure what to expect.
He will just talk to you about the engagement and get a feel for your personality and see if it's a fit. I didn't meet with a partner during my interview but I'm in public sector so it is a little different
Also they sent me some writing assessment to complete. @P1 - did you have to complete that as well? Also was there room for negotiating the salary and how long did they give to accept the offer?
I had to do a writing assessment when I was recruiting undergrad after first round for EY. Probably the same thing. Just a "Talk about a time when...."
OP are you at a big 4 now?
At P2, yes i'm at KPMG.
There was no assessment for me . And I did negotiate my salary .. the offered low 90s and no signing bonus .. I got 6 figure salary and 5K bonus st the end
@P1 - how much time did they give you to accept the offer?
