Interviewing at Deloitte. What would you want someone in a more senior role to do to gain your trust as they onboard?

Took a role out of desperation and it was a big mistake. The firm was toxic and crazy revolving door. After only a few months I was fired "for cause" even though no cause was actually given. Is this the end of my career?

My LWD is 18th July and I chose vendor pickup for my assets(expected pickup is 10th July).
Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).
Also it would be great if someone can give guidance on exit clearances as I'm worried that I will miss out something.

Is it ever possible to transfer to BCG or Bain laterally as a Senior Associate at another (non-mbb) strategy consulting firm? Or is the first year associate role, the only point of entry? Thank you!

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

Am I right to be upset I got rejected after 3 job interviews and a work assignment? After the presentation I had with them they scheduled a video interview only to reject me live on zoom. Felt put on the spot, trying to remain friendly and professional when in fact I felt like crying.

I wonder, why everyone is not applying for FAANG and they’re happy with startups or other companies? (Not talking about who are not able to clear the interviews )

Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer? My offer letter is still stuck into it and I am not able to get to a decision.

Does anyone have ideas on how to navigate a smaller team environment when everyone’s roles seem to be stretched (hiring for additional people has been taking a while, not sure why). The stress causes some tension and that’s probably not great for the overall morale of the company long-term. I try to ignore and just stay focused on what I need to do yet sometimes proves challenging. I worry it might affect my professional/career growth. Thoughts on this would be helpful, thanks!

Can somebody tell me what is the interview process and how many rounds is there for Salesforce support and developer role in Salesforce Hyderabad office.

Current experience is 3 years and package is 9.3 LPA how much can I expect from Salesforce if selected?

L1 expecting an L2 offer any day, next summer start. HCOL area and trying to figure out what is reasonable for income. Non-traditional student and new to public though I have work experience at the para and professional level. Previous salary before returning to school was 60k base overtime eligible as an internal accountant. My reviews are all exemplary and my prior experience has been directly noted as a benefit.

Would I be out of line expecting $65k-$70k base?

I’m envious of the big status and points you international travelers get. I’ve always wondered how you get to travel internationally - just luck of the draw w projects? Or are you more senior?

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

Recent exp hire in consulting and would love some input. Pre hire was promised by leadership that the firm was doing lots of interesting strategy work in a niche, cutting edge but rapidly growing field.
