ACD $160-$185k. More for Pharma. FIRST ask "what does the position pay?" Or "what is your budget?" Really try to make them say the first number. Good luck.
150-170
You interviewing here, if so some ACDs are making 185k+
It depends on the agency. 110-185k if you’re stepping up to a new title and your work is stellar. 125-160 is the sweet spot for the step up in title. It also depends on where you were and what you were making. Generally, HR will have a rough idea. Just do whatever you can to get them to tell you the range. If they ask you what you want, be smart. Hit somewhere in the range it should be that you are happy with. Don’t be greedy. Be hungry to get into an agency where you can continue to rise - and be fairly rewarded. And don’t fall into the trap of stressing about what others are making. If you do great work the jobs and raises will continue to be there. Just don’t jump only for money. Jump for opportunity. That’s the best advice I ever got and it’s never failed me Chase the work. The money will come.
I’d say 160-200k.
How big is the agency?
Global
As far as how many people in the NY office, I'm not sure. Want to say 300-500.
130 - 180 is more realistic if you're just making the jump from senior.
