Bain & Company Interviewing with an internal consulting team and was told I would have 1 or 2 interviews with someone at the same level as I would be. 1) what’s the best approach when interviewing with someone at your level? Ask questions related to projects/what makes them succeed at the position? 2) I was told there are a lot of ex McKinsey & Company Bain & Company and Boston Consulting Group folks. I come from a very generic background. Are they going to be looking for anything in particular?

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. Does anyone know what the average salary is for this position? I have a sinking feeling that I accepted the role too quickly without comparing salaries. The position only pays $50k/year. That seems low to me.
