Is that what they’ve put in your offer letter? If so, that’s the max range of which only a small percentage of folks actually earn.
Yeah, that’s pretty good. Not the highest, but it also depends on where in the pay band you are. I was mid to low on the pay band and got a 21% for a 1. This was a few years ago though.
What could be maximum we can ask? I think j d come at a level lower than a manager
19.5% is the standard high range. Usually no room for negotiation there. Also, despite what they tell you about being a "senior Senior Consultant" one year from a Manager promo, you'll be expected to spend minimum 2 years at SC.
