Is Accenture standardizing salary for each level in the C&M MC group?

My wife have 2 years of experience working in back officea and she is persuing career in SAP Basis, but we both are not sure about market, can someone give a pointer on what should be the best thing to get job and with good salary along with wlb?

I want to switch.

CCTC: 18 LPA (its been 9 months in the company)
YOE: 4 yrs 9 months
Tech: ReactJS, JavaScript etc.

Haven't put down the paper yet (notice period will be 2 months)

What can the expected CTC for a 5 YOE? I want good WLB and growth in a product based company.

Are there any fundamental differences between a salary negotiation during the start (applying for the job) vs. Salary negotiation during a performance review (you’ve been employed for x time and looking for a raise). I’m in the latter and wondering if there are any maneuvers that are different I should be doing.

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…
