Is Accenture still have a structure where roles are either in ‘client and market’ or ‘client and delivery operations’?

I’m a burned out SM SAP consultant Pwc and I’d like to find a decent paying SM role at Accenture in CD&O to hang out at one these 5-8 year projects they always seem to have. Does that type of thing still exist at ACN? If so, I’d love to chat!

Hey guys! I’m looking to shift careers. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 7 years now. Before that I’ve worked in an office, retail, banking, sales and was a correctional officer. I have a BA in criminal justice that I have yet to use. Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?

Has anyone switched from a traditional private credit role (3 to 4 person deal teams) to an independent sourcing / execution role (you are the deal team), also in private credit. How difficult was the transition? Any advice?

Today I learned a new thing. One candidate was referred by a colleague of mine in the system. He got selected and offer letter rolled out.

When he checked the system he realized the referral was not taken and the background system captured it as direct hire.

So my friend is not going to get any referral incentive.
