I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.

About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.
Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have given the L1 on 7th May and that was cleared and L2 given on 14th May.
Got the mail from recruiter that cleared 2nd round and will get update soon for further process.
So in how many days I can expect for HR round and further process ?
Or they can ghost me ? Can it happen in Larsen & Toubro Infotech that after clearing both rounds they won't go forward for further process ?

I was just offered a CUNY role. The title is Higher Education Assistant. According to Glassdoor, the average annual pay for that role is $83,418. However, I was offered $62,500. I requested for the minimum annual salary to be 75k. Does anyone have experience navigating the CUNY system and their pay?

Looking at glassdoor salary band for Washington for the role of mechanical engineering for amazing, the base falls in the middle, bonuses seem on the high end, and RSU seems low... IMO #1). It's a FAANG so having it on your resume is a big deal.... #2), as you said, 3 YOE, so it's not like you're seasoned with 20 years of experience. #3) The bonuses fall on the high end. Personally, I'd expect it if I were you.
Mind you, this is picking the highest COL location in Seattle.... and sure you can see higher salaries, but this doesn't tell you the YOE range of these employees. Also again tech is in its trim the fat cycle. Meta is laying off 5%, Microsoft is laying off while not offering severance, Amazon going through layoffs, Salesforce laying off, apple laying off, Netflix announced upcoming layoffs, well... we all know what's happening with Intel... Google is offering voluntary buyouts, but if employees don't bite layoffs are coming.

That's a lot more than we pay for a ME. We are in a lower cost city though.
The Big Tech companies pay MEs more than any other companies, but you have to work a lot of hours. Plus, there will be conference calls with suppliers in China 1 or 2 nights a week.
