I've been working in HR operations for the past 3 years. Total work experience being 3.10 years. My current CTC is 6 LPA. I'm looking to change companies and want to get into a decent MNC. Will I be able to get a 70-80% hike taking into consideration my experience matches the profile?
Any advice on which profiles and companies to apply for? And any advice on how to grab a job at Amazon for the same would be perfect.

Again i disagree with manager 1 as a program coach is not only focus on meeting facilutation but also involves product strategy and roadmapping. Yes I am apeaking from experience and have seen tons of folks leveraging coach experience for product management roles. The names catch alot of people off but responsibilities hold similar for both
I disagree with associate consultant. Product managers carry on with alot of what agile coaches do. Roadmapping, facilitating the ceremonies, and keeping the team on point is all very similar
Disagree with IBM1 and agree with AC1. They are different role and different job responsibilities. Coaches do not create product strategy, vision and roadmap, which is one of the big responsibility of product manager is. Can you become a product manager, if you are a coach? Yes, sure, but will that help in scoring the role…will not be easy.
Companies mixing up the roles & responsibilities doesn’t necessarily mean they are same..but keep your beliefs 😄

100% - some orgs may be too lean and so the titles and roles are remixed, people wear multiple hats… as orgs mature, the titles should match the role definition
