Is anyone working on a cool real time data analytics project in the health field? I am trying to figure out where to go next.

Industry exits galore, OP.

Look into Forward. I doubt they do any stream processing, but it does look like they have de facto live features in their dashboards, and maybe even some ML.

Stationary techy exercise equipment, too. Peloton and all its friends probably do something.

IoT wearables are also loaded with healthcare applications, so check out the bajillion companies in that space.

Speaking of applications, healthcare and well-being apps are often entirely just healthcare dashboards--IoT related or not. Though without the IoT, you're less likely to see anything resembling real time data.

Total shot in the dark, but maybe also lab tech related companies. Someone's bound to be trying to make Theranos type devices without all the fraud, and there may be non-consumer-facing scientific applications as well (though I think most are standardized to looking up pre-approved particle concentration ranges, no live statistics unfortunately).

How do you define real time?

How do you define health field?

i’ve seen both real time analytics, and healthcare analytics within applied intelligence but i’m not sure i’ve seen real time IN healthcare unless it’s like manufacturing. a lot of the consumer health devices are not clinically oriented enough to warrant this type of investment yet

Where in aix? Been trying to find a project in it

Hello Fishes,

I am a 2022 MBA graduate working at Deloitte as a consultant. I am a part of their internal strategy team (non client facing role). I have a prior workex as a software developer and I am looking to make a move to Product Management.

I want to understand few things
1. How difficult is it to move to a PM role with no workex?
2. I am getting paid decently here, does PM jobs also pay highly (I am expecting a CTC of ~25-27LPA)
3. How to prepare for the interviews?

Is there a special title at your company for a Project Manager that works on product development and not an IT project manager?

An example might include launching a new product from conception through form writing, rating, filing, programming, training, and implementation, or the transfer of products from an acquisitions writing company to ours.

I have been approached with an opportunity at JP Morgan Chase for their private client advisor role. The book is about 30M all in. I am currently an experienced hybrid asset manager wholesaler and have experience in advising as well. Curious about the opportunity with JPM and if it’s worth it. I currently make about 160k and if JPM would give me a high draw for the first 3 years to build, and if it’s feasible to sustain that 160+ there.
