Been here 1.5 years and was told I was getting a management promotion 5-6 months ago.Still no solid traction and they are opening up a req for it 😑no one on the current sales team has ever been promoted (2 years)except our boss who has been promoted 3 times. We hit quote every month/q/year by a lot. I have several offers at double my OTE. Already asked what the timeline is for a new manager and I was told soon and I'm "up for consideration." 13 yr outside Sales Experience in the B2B space, multiple roles/companies. Current quota is $15MCAD, I usually do not bad in quota but lately has shifted to rewarding medicorciy and "pooling" some numbers countrywide which i really dont like.
Current comp is $85k Base and $115 OTE with a ceiling of $150k CAD/$120k US. Feel it's too little for my experience and they are taking perks away by the day.
Thinking of moving to I tech sales? Anyone else do it? What's comp look like?

On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact).
