Is getting into accounting advisory helpful for eventual exit opportunities outside of PA?

Hello, I'm a recent graduate with a Bachelors in Healthcare administration/ Management with 3 years of experience. Any advice as to where to apply for healthcare admin jobs in the Bay Area or Central valley. Looking to go into healthcare consulting as well. If anybody has any advice it would be very much appreciated thank you.

I have been practicing in creditors rights/foreclosure in PA & NJ for around 4.5 years. Due to the foreclosure/eviction moratoriums there is no work to do and I was furloughed. I am looking to change directions- what is the most logical next move?

Hey everyone. I found out we are expecting our first child and I’m really nervous. I got into consulting one year ago and I’m up for promotion this year. With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. I’ve worked really hard and I’m worried our wonderful news will throw chances with this :(- also if I don’t get promoted pretty sure it’s up or out. Any advice?

Currently at BNY Mellon with 10 YOE, specifically in Corporate Trust working CLO/CDO’s (first job out of college). I’ve moved around within the bank a few times but I’m just not happy here nor am I where I want to be in terms of comp . I want to pivot into something else but I have no clue what skills I could transfer elsewhere as what we do is so niche. Hated my time at the F300 but had thought the grass would be greener in industry.
