What is it like working at Monitor Deloitte with the Strategic Growth Transformation team (under S&A)? I have 4 YOE from a Big 4 and got an offer for Senior C in NY.
1- What is the culture like: How are the people? Hours? Are you happy working there?
2- Is there actual strategy work or is it mostly transformation, with the word "strategy" being slapped to every single project? How long are the projects? Are most project sponsors actually at the Csuite level?
3- Is Monitor thriving or dying?

As iam fresher ,i joined tcs 6 months back from mechanical engineering background,till now iam in bench .I done 6 month software development course .Iam good in front-end(html,css and javascript),sql and java .Iam currently learning reactJS .But my RMG is not looking my skills,she telling me to take mechanical related projects in TCS.When i go for asking project ,they told work in non-IT. please suggest solution for this.

Im in year 2 and love it. 2) Pints with Aquinas podcast. He has both long form/interview podcasts and also very short Bible study podcasts where he analyzes a verse or two and provides Aquinas’ view on it. I had a small query that I have been interviewed for a role in Deloitte in October 2020 and I have not cleared the interview then after again I had applied and cleared the interview and got the LOI also but the time gap is not exactly 6 months between the two interviews will it be a problem to get my offer letter.?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
