Less about legality and more about what your employment agreement says about outside employment.

Most employment agreements don't let you have a 2nd job during the same working hours. Many require pre-approval for "side employment".
If you get caught you will get fired and potentially get sued for fraud (e.g for working another job on company time). Owner can do it because they don't have an employment agreement.

Just take the other one. If it pays more and is remote, sounds like time to move on.
Why would you tell your current employer anyway? If it's not a competitor...work 4 jobs at once. As long as you manage your time well keep quite..hate to break the truth to you... lots of ppl do it...
Raytheon the jobs are basically on different planets. I’ve got some stuff to workout and consider but I’m gonna go for it👍
