Depends what you are reaching out for. To thank them for their time, remind them of connect points from the interview or potentially an action or follow up you took absolutely ok. Don’t expect a reply but it will get read and likely will be remembered positively.
If to jump the gun on the recruitment process or cut the recruiter out of the way or in anyway imply that the recruiter isn’t doing their job that’ll be a bold move cotton.
