Is it normal that the past few weeks I have started applying to a bunch of big tech/high paying companies and now I don’t want to do my actual work anymore? Anybody else that can relate? I feel so guilty for not even working anymore but like many of us, I’m so over it, over being underpaid and not considered for internal positions after multiple applications. I know I should be doing my work, but part of me just wants to get fired already and I know that sounds so crazy but that’s how done I am.

My company got bought out but kept most of the sales team on. Everything was pretty much the same for the first few months, but recently I've been seeing a shift in my responsibilities-doing customer service tasks and lots of little extras. How do I factor this in when asking for a raise in my review?

So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component?
