How's the culture/work load of deloitte India corporate finance division since I am in advance stage of discussion?

I haven't received any interview calls been 2-3 months now, my profile itself is not getting shortlisted for some reason. My NP-90 days in Naukri and LinkdIN. I get some calls from HR asking about my details but then they say I will talk to my tech lead and get back to you if your resume get shortlisted.

Sigh... Situation is messed up atm. Not sure how to make my first career switch.
