Is it weird/awkward for a junior to come in on a Saturday to do some work in anticipation of a busy beginning of to the week ahead? Would that be in anyway perceived negatively? (Esp, if some folks in my group are super busy and are in the office) Would have done the work from home, but since there’s a fair amount of drafting i thought it would be easier to be in the office. And I’d have come even if no one were in. Perhaps I’m overthinking it

My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed.
